Our Leadership

Barbara Koob, President

Barbara Koob is a teacher, author, and speaker. She identifies as a “Mama On Mission” for the Lord and has been given a global vision to share the extravagant love of God with everyone she encounters, traveling wherever God directs her.

Koob has served in diverse roles aimed at advancing the kingdom of God, including short-term missions, evangelism, worship, discipleship-making, and prophetic intercession.

As an author, Barbara Koob teaches others to engage with their faith through divine communication and destiny.

• Her book, Dream Discoveries, instructs readers on how to understand God’s voice revealed in their dreams for the purpose of divine destiny, healing, and hope.

• She is also preparing to release her new soon-coming book, The Fiery Volcano of God’s Love: A Welcome Home Party, which demonstrates how individuals can “dance with our heavenly Father” to transform themselves and the world around them, shining with His glory.

Koob's teaching is rooted in the deep belief that every person is a “masterpiece created by God for good works that have been preplanned for us to do”. She stresses that individuals must fully understand their identity and the unique way God has wired them. She emphasizes the necessity of developing deep intimacy with the heavenly Father, becoming one with Him as Jesus was, in order to confidently walk in the spiritual inheritance God has provided in Christ Jesus, our living hope of glory.

Apostle Enesia Z. Chitheka

Apostle Enesia Z. Chitheka is a dedicated spiritual leader, author, and gospel artist, who is the Founder of Hope of Glory Church Global Ministries.

Apostle Enesia is passionate about empowering lives spiritually and physically. She is committed to outreach, conferences, and music ministry, supported by a strong educational foundation in Theology. Her impactful work has garnered significant recognition, including Lifetime Achievement Awards from both the Evangelical Association of Malawi and Uzimu Vibes.

Based in Malawi, Africa, Apostle Enesia is a key figure in collaborative ministry efforts. She and her husband, Kenneth, traveled to the United States in March 2025 to meet with the North Carolina Prayer congress leader, Sharon Pierce, where they prayed for the state and the country.

Apostle Enesia also played a vital role in the National Day of Prayer event organized by WOM International (Women on Mission, Int'l.) in Lilongwe, Malawi, on 9/06/25. This gathering, attended by over 300 women from across the nation, focused on prayer and worship. This event led to the raising up of many prayer warriors committed to interceding to rescue, educate, and empower local people to experience transformation through faith. Following the prayer event and subsequent election in Malawi, Apostle Enesia reported that the prayers were answered. This demonstrates the transformational life coming to a nation through prayer.

Apostle Chitheka’s work emphasizes the power of prayer as a starting point for spiritual and national transformation.
